At our Trafford Shop
We design and install custom commercial vehicle wraps in-house for Birmingham businesses of all kinds, including HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, distribution, and contracting.
Types of Vehicle Wraps We Install
Choosing the right wrap for your vehicles depends on your vehicles, how you use them, how much brand visibility you want, and what you’re comfortable spending. Here’s a rundown of the wrap types we install:
Full Wraps
Full wraps cover nearly the entire exterior of the vehicle and offer the highest level of visibility for businesses that rely heavily on mobile advertising. They also help protect the factory paint underneath, and they’re easy to remove cleanly when it’s time to rebrand or sell.
Partial Wraps
A partial wrap covers individual panels (i.e, rear, sides, or lower sections) while the rest of the vehicle still shows its original color. You get all the visibility of a full wrap, at a much lower cost.
Spot Graphics & Lettering
Spot graphics and lettering cover the essential visual elements of your brand: your logo, business name, phone number, and website; these are usually installed on the side doors and rear of the vehicle. They’re clean, professional, affordable, and easy to update.
Vehicle Graphics & Decals
Vinyl vehicle graphics and decals include window lettering, perforated window graphics, bumper and tailgate cuts, and USDOT-compliant lettering.

Materials, Warranty, and Installation Timeline
The quality of a vinyl vehicle wrap boils down to three things:
Materials
Vinyl and Laminate
We print on commercial-grade cast vinyl with an overlaminate that protects against UV exposure, rocks, and weather and last for three to five years or more.
Warranty
Vehicle Wrap
Every wrap job we perform comes with warranty coverage.
Our warranty covers defects, delamination, color shift, and adhesive failure in the wrap under normal use, as well as any workmanship faults, including poor installation at edges, seams, and panel lay.
We do not cover damage incurred by you post installation (e.g., physical damage, accidents, pressure washing at the wrong settings, or removal and reinstallation by another shop).
Installation Timeline
Vinyl Wrap
Our installation turnaround timelines depend on your vehicle size, the wrap coverage, and whether you’ve given us a design to work from or we’re creating one from scratch.
We’ll give you a real estimate when we quote the job, not a “it’ll be ready soon.”
Our Wrap Process (How Our Services Work)
Every vehicle wrap we perform follows the same four steps, whether we’re wrapping just one van or a fleet of twenty.
Quote & Consultation
Tell us which vehicles we're wrapping, how you use them, and what you want the design to accomplish.
We'll ask questions about other scope details, including vehicle coverage, the number of vehicles, turnaround expectations and needs, and whether you have brand files or need us to create a design from scratch.
Design & Proof
Our designers plan and create the wrap around your brand files, vehicle photos, vehicle measurements, and the goals from the consultation. You'll see a full proof before anything gets printed on vinyl, and we welcome you to request revisions as part of our process.
Print & Install
Printing and installation both happen in-house at our Trafford shop. You'll bring in your vehicle clean and dry; we'll perform the install in a clean, controlled environment.
Handoff & Care
When you pick up your vehicle(s), we'll walk you around the wrap, point out anything you should know, and hand you a care guide explaining how to wash it and what to avoid.
The warranty starts the day you drive away, and we're just a phone call away if you need us.

Why Birmingham Chooses Us for Vinyl Vehicle Wraps
We handle design, print, and installation under one roof.
We’re a Trafford-based sign and wrap shop serving the full Birmingham metro: Hoover, Bessemer, Tuscaloosa, Pelham, Gardendale, Trussville, Alabaster, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, and Mountain Brook.
Here’s what that means for you:
-
Everything in-house.
Your wrap is designed, printed, and installed by the same team.
-
Local specialists, not a franchise.
When you call, our Trafford shop staff answers. Not a national dispatch line.
-
Built for commercial work.
We mostly wrap service vans, fleet trucks, and delivery vehicles. The work and the workflow are built around that.
-
We stay in touch.
Your wrap isn't the last time you hear from us. When a new vehicle joins your fleet, a phone number changes, or a panel needs replacing, let us know.
Personal Car Wraps and Custom Color Changes
Our wrapping process for personal cars and commercial vehicles is almost the same. The only difference is that we’ll spend more time on color selection and design details for personal car wraps, as they’re usually more for aesthetics than advertising.
Vehicle Wrap FAQs
How much does a commercial vehicle wrap cost in Birmingham?
Commercial wrap costs vary based on vehicle size, coverage level, and design complexity.
Generally, spot graphics cost less than partial or full wraps, which vary based on vehicle size and coverage, and full wraps on a work van or pickup typically fall between $3,000 and $4,500. Box trucks, sprinters, and larger vehicles cost more per square foot. We’ll give you an exact quote once we know what you’re wrapping and how you want it covered
How long do vehicle wraps last in Alabama heat?
A properly installed commercial vehicle wrap typically lasts 5–7 years with proper care, even in the Alabama heat. Wraps on vehicles that stay outside 24-7 fade faster than those that stay parked in a shop or garage overnight, which minimizes UV and weather exposure.
Are vehicle wraps worth it for small businesses?
For most local service businesses, our vehicle wraps are a cost-effective form of advertising that pays for itself in the first year.
Wrap versus paint for a work truck—which makes more sense?
For a business vehicle, wraps are typically more affordable and flexible than custom paint jobs.
Paint is the right call if you need a permanent color change and you don’t care about resale flexibility.
For branded commercial vehicles, wraps win on every factor that matters.
How long does it take to wrap a work van or box truck?
Installing a partial wrap on a work van takes one to two business days in our shop.
A full wrap installation on a van or pickup takes us closer to two to three business days.
Installing full wraps on box trucks and larger vehicles takes a little longer, around three to five days.
Most projects are completed within a few weeks from consultation to installation.
Can you wrap a whole fleet without taking all my vehicles off the road?
Absolutely—we schedule fleet installations in phases for this very purpose. We schedule installations around your operations to minimize downtime. Our fleet program page covers scheduling in more detail.
Will a vehicle wrap damage the paint underneath?
Nope! Wraps can help protect factory paint when installed and removed properly.
Damaged or aftermarket paint may be more vulnerable during removal, which is why we inspect the surface before installation and flag anything that might be a problem.
Can a wrap be removed or updated later if I rebrand or sell the vehicle?
Of course. A professionally installed wrap can be removed cleanly (we recommend you return to us for the best results), typically within a few hours on a van or pickup.
If you’re rebranding, we can remove the old wrap and install the new one in the same shop visit.
If you’re selling the vehicle, removal reveals the original factory paint underneath, which is one reason fleet operators prefer wraps over repaints.
Do you design the wrap, or should I bring my own files?
Either option works for us. Our in-house team can create a wrap using your existing branding. If you bring us a design, we’ll review it for print quality, panel layout, and factors like rivet placement and door handle cutouts before we go to print.
Do you service the entire Birmingham metro area?
We sure do. We’re based in Trafford and wrap vehicles for businesses across Birmingham, Hoover, Bessemer, Tuscaloosa, Pelham, Gardendale, Fultondale, Irondale, Trussville, Alabaster, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, and the surrounding area. Simply bring your vehicles to our Trafford shop for the installation.
